Robert Kendrick

Robert Kendrick joined DSA in 1994. He has 20 years of information systems experience, during which he has been responsible for the development, execution and management of consulting engagements for a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors including direct marketing, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, insurance and utilities.

These engagements covered the range of IS management issues including strategic business and systems planning, systems analysis, systems implementation, data processing management and technical topics, requiring evaluations of applications and hardware/software configurations.

Robert's specialty is data modeling as applied to the design and implementation of enterprise-wide database which are used for marketing, fulfillment, distribution and customer service. He has designed data architectures for companies with complex multi-channel distribution businesses including direct marketing, retail, wholesale and business-to-business channels. He has done this in conjunction with Business Process Re-engineering initiatives as well as for requirements definitions.

Robert supports the implementation of the Fast-Count Data Management System and is responsible for the development of the web browser based access capabilities including the campaign management and selection functionality.

He has taught a course entitled "Fundamentals of Marketing Database Structure and Content" for the Center for Direct Marketing at New York University. In addition he has been a guest speaker to professional and educational organizations on such topics as data security, the system development life cycle, information systems planning and computer automated systems engineering (CASE).

Robert holds BS in Computer Science from Purdue University. He has a Certificate in Data Processing. In addition, he is a member of Association for Computing Machinery.
